A little more about me
Over the years, I have continued to deepen and expand my practice through a range of trainings. These include Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Polyvagal Theory in Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
In 2018, I trained at the Tamalpa Institute in California, where I explored how movement, drawing, and writing can support emotional expression, self-understanding, and connection. This experience continues to inform my work, particularly when words alone feel limiting.
I have also completed training in couples therapy with the Connexus Institute in Sussex, which supports my work with relationships and family dynamics.
I value ongoing learning and bring together different approaches in a way that is responsive to each person, couple, or family I work with.
I have nearly ten years of experience in working with young people, adults, families and couples in the private, public and charity sectors, bringing innovative models for mental and physical health to diverse populations in Argentina and in the UK.
Throughout the years, my work has focused on working with teenagers, adults, couples and running groups.
