Therapy and Clinical Supervision sessions, Workshops and Trainings
I offer therapy face-to-face in Brighton and South London and online in English and Spanish to individuals, couples and families. I accept Bupa, AXA, AVIVA and Vitality insurances.
Before committing to it, we will meet for an initial meeting for you to tell me what you would like to work on or wish to explore. It will also help you get a sense of what therapy with me will be like. You may want to see me for a specific issue that you may feel requires only a set number of sessions, or you may want to leave it open ended. My priority is that you feel safe and supported, so everything you share in our sessions will be confidential and be dealt with the utmost care.
I am also a clinical supervisor registered on RAAPS (the BPS Register of Applied Psychology Practice Supervisors). I work with supervisees using a wide range of therapeutic models, including Existential Therapy, CBT, Psychodynamic and bodily-centred approaches such as Focusing. My priority is that supervisees feel safe and comfortable to explore all sorts of challenges that may arise in their clinical work.
Trauma-Informed Trainings:
If you work for an organisation looking to raise awareness about mental health with a specific focus on trauma, I would love to hear from you. For the past five years, I’ve been delivering trauma-informed training to a wide range of organisations, including Sussex University, Brighton Therapy Centre, Brighton Housing Trust, Sussex Police, and the Caspari Foundation.
My approach integrates diverse theories, models, interventions, and research on trauma, tailored to audiences without specialised backgrounds in the field. The goal of these sessions is to support organisations that prioritise mental health as a core value, helping them foster a culture that integrates trauma-informed practices into their everyday work.
Group sessions:
Next group session is on April 25th, 2026.
Exploring motherhood through the creative arts:
Using a variety of somatic-artistic tools (dancing/movement, drawing and writing), a creative and safe space is provided to explore personal and collective themes around motherhood. This sessions encourage the development of creative resources, artful communication, whilst promoting healing and growth in community.
No previous experience is necessary.
